New WineWe had a great time at New Wine Newark this summer! A terrential downpour on the first afternoon did not dampen our spirits; most of the week we enjoyed meals outside together under a couple of gazebos. One of the highlights for me was a series of workshops on the book of Revelation, by Ian Paul of St John’s Nottingham. He helped provide tools for reading the text intelligently. The theme was ‘heaven-bound’ and we certainly had a taste of heaven – in Newark.
