Parenting Course(Written Jan 2006) We ran a parenting course in the Community room at Hope Hamilton School from September to December 2005. The course lasted for ten weeks.
Parenting is a hot potato with the Government and with schools at the moment . We as a church wanted to serve the community and so put the course on so that we could all learn more about parenting and make our families happier places. Having children is perhaps the most demanding task any couple will face – but fantastic too!
We are not experts but together we discovered good principles and values. The sessions went well.
We hope to have another such course in the future.
